  • Repair, cleaning, and modification services for consoles and electronics

All products and services are subject to availability.

2. Retro & Used Electronics Disclaimer

Due to the age and nature of retro and used electronics:

  • Cosmetic wear is normal and not considered a defect

  • Hardware performance may vary

  • Compatibility with modern TVs, cables, accessories, or third-party products is not guaranteed unless stated

Product condition is accurately described at the time of sale.

3. Repairs, Cleaning & Modifications (Final Sale)

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable

  • All repair, cleaning, and modification services are final once work begins

  • Customer-approved modifications cannot be reversed or refunded

  • We are not responsible for failures caused by age, pre-existing damage, or prior repairs

Customers acknowledge the inherent risks of servicing vintage electronics.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars

  • Prices and availability may change without notice

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues

Payment must be completed before shipping or service completion.

5. Shipping, Local Pickup & Repair Drop-Off

Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

Local Pickup

  • Pickup is available by appointment or during posted business hours

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days may be refunded or restocked at our discretion

Local Repair Drop-Off

  • Items must be clearly labeled at drop-off

  • Items not picked up within 14 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable law

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Key points include:

  • Limited return windows for eligible hardware

  • No refunds for repair, cleaning, or modification services

  • No refunds for damage, tampering, or incompatible use

  • Used, retro, clearance, and “as-is” items may be non-refundable
