Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days

  • Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, custom work, or high order volume

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays unless stated otherwise

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship using trusted third-party carriers

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer, as stated in our Terms of Service.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error


Retro & Used Electronics Disclaimer

Retro consoles, games, and electronics may show cosmetic wear due to age. Items are carefully packaged, but we are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Age-related hardware failure

  • Improper use after delivery

  • Incompatible cables, TVs, games, or accessories


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item

  • We will assist with a carrier claim or resolution at our discretion

We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds

  • Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available by appointment or during posted business hours

  • You will be notified when your order is ready

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days may be refunded or restocked at our discretion, minus any applicable fees


Repair Drop-Off & Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for delivering repair items unless otherwise arranged

  • Return shipping for completed repairs is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise

  • Items must be picked up or shipped within 14 days of service completion

Items left unclaimed beyond this period may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable law, as outlined in our Terms of Service.


Returns & Refunds (Shipping Related)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • All returns must comply with our Refund & Return Policy
