Thank you for shopping with Retro Raccoon. We specialize in retro gaming consoles, repairs, cleaning services, console modifications, video games, accessories, toys, and other electronics. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

General Policy

Due to the nature of retro electronics and custom services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.

Retro Consoles & Electronics

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Consoles and electronics must not be opened, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Damage occurs after delivery

  • Internal components or tamper seals are altered

  • The item was sold as-is, for parts, or clearly marked non-returnable

  • Issues result from incompatible games, accessories, cables, or user error

Repairs, Cleaning & Modification Services

Because these services involve labor and customization:

  • All repair, cleaning, and modification services are non-refundable

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued

  • Approved modifications cannot be reversed for a refund

If a problem arises due to our workmanship, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for evaluation.

Video Games, Accessories, Toys & Other Items

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened video games (unless defective)

  • Used accessories

  • Collectibles or toys damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos or video evidence

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent by us

Retro & Used Item Disclaimer

Retro consoles, games, and electronics may show cosmetic wear due to age. Cosmetic wear does not qualify as a defect unless functionality differs from the product description.
