Due to the nature of retro electronics and custom services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below. Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.

Consoles and electronics must not be opened, modified, or damaged after delivery

Repairs, Cleaning & Modification Services

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued
